About Gradewell
Built by a Homeschool Mom, for Homeschool Families

My name is K, and I'm the founder of Gradewell—and a homeschooling mom of three.
Like many families, we found our way to homeschooling during the pandemic in 2020. What started as a temporary solution became a permanent choice when I saw my son thriving in ways he never had in traditional school.
When my youngest was later diagnosed with autism, it confirmed what I already knew: personalized education wasn't just a preference for our family—it was a necessity.
But here's what no one tells you about homeschooling: the teaching is the easy part. It's the tracking, documenting, and reporting that will wear you down. I found myself buried in spreadsheets, juggling multiple apps, and spending hours formatting reports—time I should have been spending with my kids.
So I built Gradewell.
Homeschooling gives us the freedom to tailor learning to our child's individual needs—and we believe that freedom should come with support, not more stress.
No bloated features borrowed from traditional classrooms. Just the tools homeschool families actually use, designed for how we actually work.
Gradewell is built with neurodivergent-friendly patterns—clean interfaces, minimal clicks, and clear workflows that won't add to your mental load.
Our Mission
To give homeschooling families the tools to stay organized and confident—so you can focus on why you chose this path in the first place.
